A user can’t access FileCloud from their Portal account
Your issue
A customer has reported that they can’t access the “APM Cloud” from their Stateside APM Portal account
The solution
Thankfully this issue is really easy to resolve. Take the following steps:
- Find the user’s account in the WordPress dashboard – can’t access the dashboard? See below.
- Click “Edit” on their account
- Check that they have the “Customer” status set (see screenshot 1 below)
- Check that they have a username and password set in the “FileCloud” tab (see screenshot 2)
- Save changes (Blue button in the top right of the page)
This will resolve the issue for most customers. You can verify the changes by clicking the “Log in as X” button and viewing their dashboard.
